The Nike Women’s (Live) retail concept focused on connecting with local communities through curated consumer experiences, hyper-local product assortments, and integrated digital services designed to engage neighborhood consumers. The small-format, neighborhood-scale design incorporated soft materials, local imagery, and human-scale furniture and fixtures to create an inviting, community-centric space. The initial phase included five POC doors in two key markets, requiring the development of a new North America directive that adapted global intent for geo relevance and feasibility. Building on these learnings, the concept scaled to over 60 new doors across the North America market, supported by the creation of a detailed playbook to guide consistent execution. This evolution enabled a scalable, multi-market rollout that successfully aligned with Nike’s business goals while maintaining global continuity, brand integrity and delivering an elevated consumer experience.
